Refunds and Returns Policy

Makeup Services Terms and Conditions:

Travel fees apply to Mobile Services - Minimum $30 travel fee for parties 2 and under regardless of distance. Contact Us for further clarification.

To ensure your Ellie Makeup Artist is locked in for you on your special day, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your appointment. Please note: This deposit is non-refundable.

Please note that if a bridal party is down sized within a month of the wedding date, ellie makeup has the right to charge the original price quoted and agreed on to cover loss of other bridal parties turned away for the same date.

All bookings made on a Public Holiday weekend will incur a 10% surcharge.

Damaged/Incorrect Products:

Ellie makeup is proud of their products. However, if the ellie makeup product you receive is faulty, wrongly described or not what you ordered, you may choose from a refund, exchange or credit for the product. Please contact ellie makeup within 14 days of receiving the item.

To return your product:

  • Contact ellie makeup customer service on 0418 537 484 or email us at sales@elliemakeup.com.au
  • Our customer service team will evaluate the request you have made and issue you with the necessary return/exchange/credit information and a RETURN number (please ensure all returns are issued and sent within 14 days of receiving the product).
  • Post the product in the same packaging it was sent to you in, to the address provided. Please ensure you clearly display the RETURN number on the return package.
  • Once the item has been returned and received by the ellie makeup team, we will assess your query and process your request.
  • Any replacement product can only be posted once the defective product has been received and evaluated.
  • Any products returned without a RETURN number will be returned to sender.
  • Ellie makeup does not take any responsibility for products lost in transit.

General Return:

Ellie makeup is proud of their products.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have received, ellie makeup is happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit on your customer account, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened. The customer will bear all freight charges and must contact ellie makeup within 14 days of receiving the product.
